Witam.
Miałem kiedyś podobny problem.
Jednak dotyczył usb-uhci na płycie dual i440BX.
Rozwiązaniem w moin\m przypadku było wklepanie do parametrów kernela
podczas startu 'pci=noacpi'.
Wszystko dlatego, że ACPI powodował konflikt irq z USB
