Siehe auch man tmpfiles.d und man systemd-tmpfiles Falls du das automatische tmpfile cleaning für /tmp abschalten möchtest, kannst du ganz einfach eine leere Datei /etc/tmpfiles.d/tmp.conf anlegen. Die hat dann Vorrang vor der Datei in /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/ Aber im Prinzip ist das Aufräumen von /tmp ja sowieso hinfällig mit tmpfs-für-/tmp.
