Note that if the special character device nodes /dev/twl?, /dev/twa? and /dev/twe? do not exist, or exist with the incorrect major or minor numbers, smartctl will recreate them on the fly. Typically /dev/twa0 refers to the first 9000-series controller, /dev/twa1 refers to the second 9000 series controller, and so on. [...]"Hallo Stefan Das ist die Irritierung. Denn device den es erst nicht gibt erstellt zwar smartctrl. Das dauert aber einen Augenblick; so war das hier und führt erstmal zu einer Fehlermeldung.
Hauptsache, es funktioniert erst einmal. Ich weiß nicht mehr, wie es bei mir war/ist. Ich überwache meine Platten am 9000er Controller auch so.
