Was Du dort siehst ist ein Changelog-Eintrag, angezeigt durch das
Programm 'apt-listchanges'. Ist ein Changelog-Eintrag für ein Paket
vorhanden, wird apt-listchanges dafür sorgen, es Dir beim Upgrade
anzuzeigen.
Wenn Du nun genau liest, geht es da um "home directories on network
file systems", und falls man jene hat muss man den Akonadi-Server und
-Clients eben neustarten.

Was gibt es Dir zum Anlass zu meinen das Upgrade wäre nicht
durchgelaufen? Jedenfalls deutet aus Deiner Mail nichts darauf hin.
