KDE, Festplatte abschalten und Powertop

Hallo,

ich habe eine neuere Version von KDE http://qt-kde.debian.net/ (mit
der aus der Stable habe ich nicht probiert).
Hierbei will sich die Festplatte nicht schlafen legen. Wenn man KDE
beendet so geht die wie gewünscht nach 5 sec ins Suspend.

ich aktiviere diese Funktionalität beim Systemstart:

hdparm -B 1 /dev/sda
hdparm -S 1 /dev/sda

Nemurok und co. sind nicht installiert. Wie kann ich herausfinden wer
in so Kurzen Abständen auf die Festplatte zugreift?

Und einer Andere Frage zum Powermanagment.
Im Powertop kann ich viele Sachen einstellen:

   Bad           Autosuspend for unknown USB device 1-1.1 (13d3:3304)

   Bad           Using 'ondemand' cpufreq governor

   Bad          Autosuspend for USB device EHCI Host Controller [usb2]
   Bad          Autosuspend for unknown USB device 1-1 (8087:0024)
   Bad          Autosuspend for unknown USB device 2-1 (8087:0024)
   Bad          Runtime PM for PCI Device Intel Corporation 6 Series

Die Bad's kann ich auf Good stellen, soweit so gut aber nach dem
Neustart muss ich es wieder neu machen.
Kann man es irgend wie Persistent einstellen. Oder zumindest loggen
welche komandos Powertop ausführt um  ein Init Script zu basteln.
