Wiederholbare Programmabstuerze in Debian 5.0 Lenny



Hallo,

ich habe Debian Lenny Stable, das einzige Nicht-Stable ist das
"flashplayer-plugin 10" aus backports.
Der Rechner hat ein "A-ROCK"-Board mit 4 GB RAM 
( 2 GB RAM waren original, 2GB nachgekauft,
  eine pci firewire Schnittstelle nachgekauft)

Prozessor ist amd 64 X2 Dual Core 5600+
Kernel Linux 2.26-2-amd64
HDs
  1x 1TB Hitachi
  1x 500GB SAMSUNG

Grafikkarte ist nvidia on board, sie kneift 256 MB vom RAM ab, als
Treiber habe ich "nv" über xorg.conf installiert.

Beim Hochfahren empfiehlt der Bootvorgang "IOMMU" einzuschalten,
ist, soweit ich gelesen haben ein AMD Feature, ich kann es aber
im BIOS nicht finden, vielleicht gibt es einen anderen Namen?

Desweiteren wird 
 "Your BIOS doesn't leave a aperture memory hole"
ich nehme an das bezieht sich auf die Grafikkarte.


Der Browser iceweasel  stürzt immer(!) ab, wenn ich 
z.b. unter myspace.com/irgendein_User
den Player laufen lasse (audio, integriert)
manchmal stürzt auch gnome ab, manchmal der ganze Rechner
Als ich zb unter "rhythmbox" meine Musiksammlung eingelesen habe
ist das Absturzverhalten das Gleiche wie oben beschrieben.
Ebenfalls wenn ich große Mengen Daten kopiere...

Meine Idee ist nun das evtl eine Grafikkarte Abhilfe schaffen könnte
da der Speicher dann nicht durch die Grafikkarte beansprucht würde.
