sensors-detect verursacht Crash
Moin zusammen,
einmal mehr wende ich mich an Euch....
Unser Server (DELL Poweredge 4600 mit Lenny) macht neue Spielchen:
Wir wollen gerne die Hardware monitoren und führen deshalb
sensors-detect (per ssh) aus. Das führt zu

Alle Fragen habe ich dabei mit <Enter> beantwortet, obwohl da steht
'unless you know what you're doing'. :-)
Danach ist die ssh-Verbindung weg, der Server lässt sich nicht mehr
anpingen. Glücklicherweise steht er im Haus und ich kann an die Konsole.
Die ist jedoch leider auch total funktionslos, schwarzer Monitor, keine
Tastatureingabe erwirkt irgendwas, selbst die NumLock-Taste tut nichts
mehr. Nur ein Kaltstart bringt den Rechner wieder ans Netz.
Im syslog steht nur
Mar 31 21:03:04 nl-sv-xen kernel: [91323.467923] i2c /dev entries driver
, danach ist Ruhe.
Wie kann ich da rangehen? Was für ein Adapter ist da wohl gemeint? Was
tue ich, wenn ich ihn nicht scanne bzw. was meint 'selectively' hier?
