Re: Fernseher an Geforce 8600 GT
Hallo zusammen
Inzwischen habe ich mein S-Video-Kabel bekommen und gleich mal alles
ausprobiert. Entgegen meiner anfänglichen Befürchtungen hat alles besser
geklappt als erwartet. :-)
Der angeschlossenen Fernseher wurde ohne Probleme erkannt und ich habe
ihn nur noch über das Tool NVIDIA X Server Settings aktivieren müssen.
Soweit so gut.
Leider habe ich noch ein kleines Problem mit der Auflösung. Ich habe die
Bildschirme mit TwinView laufen wobei mein TFT als primärer Bildschirm
mit 1280x1024 läuft und der Fernseher momentan mit 1024x768
(automatischen Auflösung über NVIDIA Tool). Der Desktop verläuft über
beide Geräte d.h. der Fernseher erweitert den Desktop nach rechts.
Wenn ich jetzt z.B. mit ein Video im MPlayer in Vollbild anschauen
möchte werden die Ränder abgeschnippelt. Ich sehe also nur einen
Ausschnitt des Videos. Wie bekomme ich das nun hin, dass das Video auf
dem Fernseher im Vollbildmodus läuft ohne verzerrt oder beschnitten zu
werden?
Mit der Ausgabe auf mehreren Monitoren habe ich unter Linux noch Null
Erfahrung.
