Auf meinem VServer hab ich das gelegentlich. Problem ist eine
Überschreitung der maximal erlaubten Anzahl geöffneter Dateien.
Meistens tritt dies auf, wenn größere Mengen Mails angenommen werden
oder cron läuft.
