Für das Protokoll:

Übeltäter war der Pager des Window-Managers e16, der mit der Einstellung
"pager scanning speed : 256 lines per second" 66% der CPU auslastet und
damit 12 W mehr Strom verbraucht als "001 lines per second" (0.1%
Auslastung).

PJ (glücklich die Lösung gefunden zu haben)
