1) Es gibt keine passiven USB-Hubs
2) Der USB-Port eines Computer hällt normalerweise nur 500mA aus
weshalb man bei einigen Computern nicht mal ne 2"5 Platte
daran betreiben kann.
3) Im Falle 2) schließt man ein externes Netzteil an was nichts
mit aktiv oder passiv zu tun hat.
