Nö, das bewirkt nichts, denn das ist mittlerweile ohnehin default.

(Und das hatte ich zuvor auch schon erfolglos ausprobiert.)

Zu den geheimnisvollen Optionen "EnablePageFlip" und "TripleBuffer"
habe ich zwischenzeitlich mehr aus man intel erfahren:

	Option N'34'PageFlipN'34' N'34'booleanN'34'
		Enable support  for page flipping.  This should improve
		3D   performance  at  the   potential  cost   of  worse
		performance with mixed 2D/3D. Also note that this gives
		no benefit without corresponding support in the Mesa 3D
		driver and may not give the full benefit without triple
		buffering   (see   Option   N'34'TripleBufferN'34'   ).
		Default for i810: The  option is not used.  Default for
		i830  and  above: Disabled  (This  option is  currently
		unstable).

	Option N'34'TripleBufferN'34' N'34'booleanN'34'
