HowTo für eine O2-Mini-USB-Starter Box gesucht

Hallo zusammen,
an einem Notebook soll eine O2-Mini-USB Box zum lustigen surfen
installiert werden.

Installiert ist auf dem NB ein Ubuntu mit einem 2.6.20er Kernel. Anhand
der Vendor/Product-ID habe ich schon herausgefunden, dass da wohl noch
das bcm43 Modul installiert werden muss, siehe oben. Das wird auch kein
Problem darstellen. Was aber wird noch benötigt, damit derjenige, der
das NB nutzt in den Weiten des WWW via UMTS surfen kann?
Das Notebook ist im Moment für mich nicht greifbar und insofern kann ich
Euch im Moment nur die obigen Daten liefern.
