Da wurde irgendwann mal ein PHP Paket installiert, dass nicht von Debian
stammt. Das hat offensichtlich ein echtes Binary da hingepackt und
deswegen kriegst du beim Ausfuehren von php diese Version. Ich vermute
ein rm /usr/bin/php und anschliessenden re-install von php4 koennte
helfen.
