O.K. Der Fehler lag daran, das ich beim Device einen Buchstaben doppelt
eingegeben hatte...

Und das kann ich auch nicht mehr nachvollziehen.
Allerdings kann ich mich auch weiterhin nicht verbinden.
wpa_cli sagt mir:
<2>Trying to associate with SSID 'Sonne'
<2>Authentication with 00:00:00:00:00:00 timed out.
oder wahlweise
<2>Trying to associate with 00:04:0e:85:7d:4a (SSID='Sonne' freq=2437
MHz)
<2>Association request to the driver failed
