Re: Bildschirmauflösung unter VMware
Hallo,
aus lauter Verzweiflung habe ich dann die XF86Config-4
zurückgesetzt, wie darin beschrieben. Und dann
dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 gestartet.
Das führte dazu, dass sich beim nächsten booten gdm
nicht mehr startet.
Ich habe dann die alte XF86Config-4 wiederhergestellt,
womit ich dann den Zustand wie vorher habe:
- einloggen mit 1280er Auflösung
- anschließend eine kaputte Anzeige
Am Ende die ganze XF86Config.
Hab das Problem nur ich?? Dachte immer sarge ist eine
stabile erprobte Version?

Wie kann ich denn das Appletalk abschalte, welches
beim booten immer so viel Zeit braucht?
