woher kommt deallocvt ?

Hallo Leute,

aus welchem Quellpaket nehmt Ihr denn "deallocvt" ?
Beim Blättern bin ich auf einem debian-Server auf ein uraltes
Pakete "console-tools" gestoßen, das allerdings auch noch 
eine alte Version der kbd-tools (bzw. deren vorläufer) 
enthält ...

Welches Quellpaket nehmt Ihr ?
