Lockcheck Problem: Failed to get lockfile

Hallo,

lockcheck läuft nicht - es kommt die Fehler-eMail vom Cronjob,
das /var/lock/logcheck/logcheck.lock nicht geholt werden konnte.

lockcheck ist frisch installiert

/var/lock/logcheck gehört user/group logcheck
Rechte sind 755

Es gab einen Tread aus 2004 mit diesem Problem (-> google),
aber ohne wirkliche Lösung: nur das es ein Rechteproblem war
und die Rechte so ein sollen, wie sie bei mir sind.

Wo ist hier nun das Problem ?
