Fürs Protokoll:
Die amavis.log gibt es nur wenn man "explizit" das Logfile in 
amavis.conf geändert hat:
/etc/amavis/amavisd.conf
# true (e.g. 1) => syslog;  false (e.g. 0) => logging to file
# Log file (if not using syslog)
$DO_SYSLOG = 0;                 # (defaults to false)
$LOGFILE = "/var/log/amavis.log";  # (defaults to empty, no log)
$log_level = 2;         # (defaults to 0) #ich will gerne mehr input
