chrony Fehler

Hallo Leute,
Sorry das ich schon wieder nerve. Also ich habe den Eindruck das mein chrony immer meine Bios Uhr als Referenz nimmt dabei soll es sich doch die aktuelle Uhrezeit aus dem Internet sprich einem externen Server holen. Hier einmal meine chrony.conf

also ich möchte das chrony sich die Zeit aus dem Internet (externer Server) holt. Was ist an der Config falsch. Ich habe bei der Installation von Debian Sarge angegeben das meine Bios Uhr auf UTC läuft weil dort stand wenn man nur Linux und keine anderes OS auf dem Rechner hat ist das UTC besser. Ich gehe über eine DSL Leitung ins Netz und chronyc tracking ergibt

heisst das Ref Time das er als Referenz die UTC nimmt? Ich habe meine Bios Uhr mal als Test auf 20:00 Uhr gestellt und das System nimmt das promt als Systemzeit. So sagt es mit zumindest der Befehl date. Aber warum zeigt er mir bei Reference ID dann eine externe IP an? Das heisst doch das er einen externen Zeit-Server fragt.
