Du benutzt debian unstable oder testing nehme ich mal an (aufgrund der 
Version des Apachen). Da sollte man damit rechnen das sowas mal 
passieren kann. Sieht fuer mich nach nem Problem in einem Perlpaket oder 
sogar im Apachen selbst aus, versucht doch mal ein anderes Paket das auf 
Perl basiert zu installieren.
