--- zweiter schnipsel ---I have the same problem with an older version of this device. The problem appears to be a stress related bug in the 2.4.X kernel trees. To get around this bug in the 2.4.X tree, turn on verbose USB storage when building the module. This should not be the case but it gets around the problem. The problem is not specific to this usb storage chipset either, it's an overall load related bug in the usb-storage in general in the 2.4.X trees. This load related problem does not exist in the 2.6.X trees.
---- ende bewußt eingeschaltet und das gleiche Problem mit vollaufenden Logsfiles. Gibts vielleicht doch noch eine anderer Lösung außer Warten auf Kernel 2.6? Danke und Gruß, Andreas
