Du sagst uns ja nicht einmal, welche Treiber Du verwendest.
Grundsätzlich läuft die Karte unter Linux einwandfrei.

Zu schnelles Abspielen kenne ich eher von früher, wenn die Bitraten
nicht passten. Sowas kam IIRC z.B. vor, wenn man eine 16 Bit Karte mit 8
Bit Sounds gefüttert hat.
