APT-Update

Hallo,

ich habe woody installiert und einige pakete aus Unstable für cyrus21. 

Dazu habe ich folgende Dateien wie folgt geändert:

So, nun möchte ich mein System updaten: Sicherheitslücken schließen etc. Dazu 
sollte doch der Befehl apt-get update reichen. Oder besser dist-upgrade? 
Leider scheint das nicht zu funktionieren:

Es werden nur die pakte aus unstable installiert. Meine Fragen sind nun: 

Wie finde ich heraus, welche unstable pakete ich installiert habe? 
Das möchte ich wissen, da ich nicht weiss, ob die genannten Pakete als stable 
oder unstable installiert sind. Ich denke das sind alles als Unstbale 
installierte pakete.

Warum wird kein Paket aus Stabel als update vorgeschlagen?

Warum werden die cyrus pakete zurückgehlaten?

Wie macht man das besser?
