inn und logrotate
Hallo,
da bei der Installation vom inn kein entsprechender Eintrag in
/etc/logrotate.d/ angelegt wurde, frage ich mich ob dies hier vernünftig
ist:
/var/log/news/* {
monthly
rotate 2
missingok
compress
delaycompress
postrotate
kill -HUP `cat /var/run/news/innd.pid`
endscript
}
man 8 logrotate hat ja lustigerweise für den inn schon ein Beispiel
vorbereitet, das ich oben leicht angepaßt habe. Ist das da oben so okay?
Habe nämlich nicht vor, bei meinem inn irgendwie Schluckauf zu
verursachen, wenn die Logs rotiert werden.
