Danke, dies war es, was fehlte... nach dpkg-reconfigure console-common habe
ich die Umlaute. btw. zend-studio stört dies nicht und es ignoriert weiterhin
die pfeil-nach-unten-taste... also bleibe ich schoen beim emacs :)
