T-DSL Verbindungdaufbau als user

Hallo,

leider klappt bei mir unter Debian 2.2 potato die Einwahl mit t-dsl nur
als root. Wenn ich mich mit "pon dsl-provider" als normaler User
verbinden  will erhalt ich in /var/log/syslog nur:

Mit diesem User klappt die Einwahl per Modem oder ISDN-Karte problemlos.
