Das hat mit einem falschen region code zu tun:

Actually, I found the solution. Was simple indeed. Turns out, region
code needs to be set on the drive. While libdvdcss can read the key
without the region, it takes a lot longer, causes all these kernel
errors and the playback skips between chapters. Use regionset, which
is part of the dvd_disc package.

Deja findet eine Menge mehr dazu laeuft aber wohl auf das gleiche
hinaus.
