So wie ich das sehe hast Du drei Möglichkeiten:

1. libc6 und alles was dazu gehört aus testing/unstable installieren
   siehe Antwort von Christoph
2. mind. maint-guide bzw. maint-guide-de lesen und selbst für woody
    kompilieren
3. warten bis jemand anders das Paket für woody kompiliert
