Apt-get kapputt

apt-get kaputt?? 

Hallo Leute 

 Ich hab die sprachumgebung für root geändert,jetzt funzt apt-get 
,dpkg,dselect
 alles nicht mehr und dpkg-reconfigure dieses command ist weg.
 
Hier die Fehlermeldung 

 dpkg: `ldconfig' not found on PATH.
 dpkg: `start-stop-daemon' not found on PATH.
 dpkg: `install-info' not found on PATH.
 dpkg: `update-rc.d' not found on PATH.
 dpkg: 4 expected program(s) not found on PATH.

Ich hab die orginal bashrc wieder hinkopiert, aber es ändert sich nicht.
 Wenn ich im KDE eine root konsole mache funktionierts.
 Der Fehler kommt nur in der commandozeile.
