Das ist unnoetig bei exim, schadet aber auch nicht.

Zur Loesung des Problems, halte dich einfach an die Fehlermeldung und
setze in exim.conf beim system_aliases Director die Option
user = username_unter_der_ecartis_laufen_moechte
die "normale" exim.conf ist darauf schon vorbereitet:

| driver = aliasfile
[...]
| # user = list
| # Uncomment the above line if you are running smartlist
Ecartis wird wohl eher nicht "list" erwarten, das muesste in dessen
Dokumentation stehen.
