Äben nicht. Nimm' ein potato, installier's Dir, installiere iproute,
und stelle fest, dass die von Debian gelieferten Kernel ohne
NETLINK-Support daherkommen, mithin ifconfig funktioniert, und ip
nicht.
Wenn sich das bei woody geändert hat, dann ist das gut[tm].
