Bei mir sieht das so aus und fuktioniert gut.

        Identifier      "Generic Keyboard"
        Driver          "keyboard"
        Option          "CoreKeyboard"
        Option          "XkbRules"      "xfree86"
        Option          "XkbModel"      "pc105"
        Option          "XkbLayout"     "de"
        Option          "XkbVariant"    "nodeadkeys"

Ich weiss nicht ob das wichitg ist, aber du schreibst den Treiber gross. 
Vielleicht ist auch da die Gross-/Kleinschreibung wichtig, wie fas überall 
unter Unix.
