JED: Clipboard paste erzeugt häßliche TABs

Zu Hülf,

Wenn ich mit dem X-clipboard copy and paste in den JED-Editor mache (also
irgendeinen Text mit der Maus markieren und per mittlerer Maustaste wieder
entlasse), dann rückt er meistens (nicht immer??) häßlich ein. 

Das sieht dann zB so aus:

Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
  Debian is superior to Microsoft
   Debian is superior to Microsoft
    Debian is superior to Microsoft
     Debian is superior to Microsoft
      Debian is superior to Microsoft
       Debian is superior to Microsoft
        Debian is superior to Microsoft
	 Debian is superior to Microsoft
	  Debian is superior to Microsoft
	  
	  
Interessanterweise scheint das nur zu passieren, wenn die der ersten Zeile
nachfolgenden Zeilen bereits einen Tab (oder nur ein Leerzeichen) haben...
Der Originaltext war:

Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft
 Debian is superior to Microsoft

(das eine Lerzeichen in der 2., 3., 4., ... Zeile zu Beginn war Absicht,
sonst funktioniert der häßliche Effekt nicht.

Weiß jemand wie man das beheben (ausschalten) kann?
