Getting Help for Special Needs Kids

Child development When and how do you find out that your child has special needs? In their first year, you may find out if a child is reaching developmental milestones and how they learn and play. In their toddler years, other conditions may become apparent, like autism or communications disorders. By school age you may find other problems like learning disorders or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Once you know, then what do you do?
