Si je comprends bien...

Par example, en utilisant un pendrive, dans le premier PC:

$ dpkg --get-selections >/media/usbdisk/selections

Dans le nouveau PC:

# dpkg --set-selections </media/usbdisk/selections
# apt-get -f install
