Rajoute ces trois lignes dans ton lilo.conf avant la ligne
"default=Linux"
	delay=20
	prompt
	timeout=100
relance lilo et normalement tu devrais avoir le choix au démarrage.

man lilo.conf pour avoir plus d'information sur la configuration du
fichier
