Il y a une petite erreur de frappe dans ton script, la correction est:

 for i in `dpkg --get-selections | grep -v deinstall$ | awk '{ print $1
}'`; do apt-cache policy $i| grep "\*\*\*" -A 1| grep unstable >
/dev/null && echo $i; done
