As-tu une Debian stable, testing, unstable, knoppix ?
Si tu est en testing, pour installer openoffice, tape la commande
apt-get install openoffice.org
en root.
Si tu est en stable, il faudras te tourner vers un portage, et là je ne peut
pas trop t'aider...
As-tu déjà utilisé une autre distribution Linux avant ?
Pour java, il faut chercher sur le site de Sun la version Linux de java, et
après l'installer, ou chercher un .deb et l'installer avec dpkg (ou apt selon
les cas).
