ntpdate et bind

Bonjour,

logcheck me signale

Feb 1  08:00:02 serveur ntpdate[12639]: bind()  fails: Permission denied
Feb 1 08:00:04 serveur ntpdate[12640]: adjust time server 138.195.130.71
offset 0.086937 sec

donc  ntpdate -u  -s  fonctionne.   Ntpdate doit  faire  appel à  bind()
qqpart... C'est quoi ce truc ? M'étonnerait que ce soit DNS
