je viens d'en lancer une y'a 40 secondes ;-)
donc apt-get install debootstrap
se placer à l'endroit souhaité ...
debootstrap woody ./woody
(./woody est un répertoire qui va être créé)
En ce moment même, ça donne ça ... (cela prend un certains temps)

à la fin, il suffit de faire
chroot ./woody
pour entrer dans le chroot et finir les réglages (/etc/fstab, /etc/passwd ... ...)
C'est tout.
