modem adsl ethernet out en serie !

ce n'est pas du pur debian mais la je craque.

j'ai une connection adsl vian un modem bewan ethernet .

Lors d'un test sous windows (devais tester un truc) le modem mesort j l'initialise puis pouf plus rien. 
je contacte mon revandeur qui me prete un eci blancc ethernet pour e depanner . ca remarche tout de suite puis hier  alors que je vais sur kernel.org pouf plus rien.

j'arrete pppoe a la main je stoppe tout, je relance un pppoeconf et il me dis

je verifie les cable la carte reseau je change meme d'ordi pour le test rien.

ce matin je telephone a ft et tous va vbien. je contacte nerim et pour eux pas de pb.

J'arrive a recupere un modem bewan comme mon premier je branche et hop tous marche bien mais dans le genre 2 heures plus tard meme probleme.

Je suis desesperer car me voila avec 3 modem out en 5 jours :-(

Je ne sais plus quoi faire.

quelqu'un a t'il deja eu ce genre de probleme?
quelqu'un a t'il une idee sur comment faire pour essayer de recuperer ma connection.

En gros si une personne a une idee meme toute petite je suis preneur.
