Il s'agit de /etc/locale.gen (sans le "s"). Ce fichier devrait être
généré par le dpkg-reconfigure locales (voir le fichier
/var/lib/dpkg/info/locales.postinst). Sinon, il contient (chez moi sur
une woody) ceci :
