ouvrir des applications graphiques avec un autre login

bijour,
Je suis confronté a un petit probleme :
Si je me logue en tant que user dans KDE par exemple :

reg@debian:~$ su
Password:
debian:/home/reg# nedit
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
NEdit: Can't open display

debian:/home/reg#

Donc pas moyen d'ouvrir des appli. graphiques quand je me logues en un autre
user (notemment root).
Si qq1 connait la solution...

question subsidiaire :
reg@debian:~$ ssh mon_ecole.fr
gcolpart@debian:/home/reg$ ssh sas.esm2.imt-mrs.fr
gcolpart@sas.esm2.imt-mrs.fr's password:
OpenBSD 3.0 (GENERIC) #94: Thu Oct 18 14:48:27 MDT 2001

sas 102% ssh pessac
gcolpart@pessac's password:
Linux pessac.esm2.imt-mrs.fr 2.4.18-686 #1 Sun Apr 14 11:32:47 EST 2002 i686
unknown

pessac 101% nedit
NEdit: Can't open display

---> ouvrir appli. graphiques en etant loguer qqpart avec ssh ??
