[lyx] paquet arabe pour Debian

Sur le site de César Alexanian il est fait mention d'un paquet Mandrake
pour arabiser LyX. Quelqu'un sait-il si la même chose est en cours pour
debian? Quelles compétences seraient requises pour le faire (because
j'ignore la programmation ==> pas frapper! pas frapper!)?
