Je ne sais plus où j'ai récupéré ces lignes mais "ça marche bien chez
moi" © :-)
À ajouter dans /etc/init.d/hwtools entre le
"if command -v hdparm >/dev/null 2>&1; then" et le "fi" qui correspond.

hdparm -m8 -u1 -c1 -d1 -W1 /dev/${d##*/}
