[Debian]:tcl/tk-Probleme (ocamltk)

Ich versuche gerade, aus den offiziellen Debian-unabhängigen
Sourcen das Paket ocamltk416 (auf einer lokalen ocaml-3.00)
auf meinem slink/linux-2.1.12 zu installieren.  (Das
verfügbare Debian Paket ist uralt, deswegen lieber lokal.)
Beim .configure bekomme ich seltsame Tcl/Tk-Probleme:

    checking Tcl and Tk includes and libraries... checking for tcl.h... no
    configure: error: Can't find tcl.h. Check the CPPFLAGS variable in site.config

In entsprechenden Datei site.config steht folgendes:

    ## Compilation and link flags for Tcl/Tk applications
    ## Preprocessor flags to find tcl.h and tk.h
    CPPFLAGS=

Ich hab als root ein "find / -name tcl.h" ausgeführt, mit
dem Ergebnis, daß es die Datei auf meinem System wohl nicht
gibt.

Ich hab folgende Debian-Packages installiert:

    $ dpkg -l tcl* | grep ii
    ii  tcl7.6          7.6p2-7
    ii  tcl76           7.6p2-7
    ii  tcl8.0          8.0.4-2

    $ dpkg -l tk* | grep ii
    No packages found matching tk80.
    No packages found matching tkanim.

    $ dpkg -l tk*.* | grep ii
    ii  tk4.2           4.2p2-7
    ii  tk8.0           8.0.4-2

(Das Verhalten des vorletzten dpkg versteh' ich auch nicht.)

Fehlen mir tcl- und/oder tk-Pakete ?
