Just rename it again: *_tar.gz -> *.tar.gz

I think this should work. At least I have never (not often ;-) had a
problem to extract those archives with winzip or cygwin (win32-bash)
either with *_tar.gz or with *.tar.gz (I´m not sure at the moment)
