Hallo,
was meinst Du denn? Das X nicht waehrend der Installation konfiguriert
werden kann? liegt AFAIK daran, dass irgend ein File noch nicht
installiert wurde. (ich glaube die xinitrc wars...?)
Wenn Du aber nach der Installation (wie du selbst gepostet hast)
/usr/sbin/xbase-configure als root eingibst kannst du die Konfiguration
ja nachholen... (traegt aber meines Wissens eh' nur deinen X-Server
als Standart ein und ruft XF86Setup auf...)
