[Debian]: smail update und fetchmail?

Ich habe bo mit smail_3.2.0.92-3.deb aktualisiert (und einige andere
Pakete aus bo-unstable), seitdem funktioniert zwar mail schicken via smtp
noch, aber die lokale Zustellung ueber fetchmail funktioniert nicht mehr
so wie frueher (identische Konfiguration):

fetchmail ist _3.8-0.deb

fetchmail -c -v stirbt nicht, nur wenn tatsaechlich eine Nachricht
zuzustellen ist. Vom gleichen Mailserver kann ich z.B. unter NT4 mit
netscape problemlos poppen.

Fuer Denkfehler-Berichtigungen, Debug-Hinweise etc. dankbar,
